Now scheduling appointments during our office hours!

We’re trying a new format for our office hours this year. These sessions will be by appointment only, so you are guaranteed a chance to talk with a volunteer.

While you get only one tax clinic appointment you can schedule multiple office hours appointments, though we will limit you to one office hours appointment a day.

At Office Hours, you can ask questions about how to use TaxSlayer to prepare your return and any other tax questions that are within our clinic scope (See the Step 1 page for out of scope situations). As is the case with our clinics, we cannot assist you with out-of-scope tax situations, nor will you walk through preparing your return step-by-step. 

What is the difference between office hours and a tax clinic? Time with our volunteers! The tax clinic appointments last 90 minutes, while an office hours appointment is only 15 minutes. If you are stuck on a question, need a quick review, or have had your e-file rejected, then an office hours appointment is a great way to get that issue fixed!
