NOTE: If you need to prepare a tax return for your ITIN appointment, we do NOT RECOMMEND you schedule your ITIN appointment on the same day that you have your tax clinic appointment, unless you have already mostly completed your return, and just have a few questions or are looking for a review.

If you haven’t started your tax return before the start of the tax clinic it will likely take you longer than your clinic appointment to prepare your tax return. Although there is some overlap on appointments, even if you have the first tax clinic appointment time and the last ITIN appointment time, you probably won’t be done in time for your ITIN appointment.

EVERYONE who is listed on the tax return must be physically present at the appointment. This means the ITIN applicant, as well as any spouses or parents!
